Interview: no-coal zones in China

On November 6, China Global Television Network called to ask me about new "no-coal zones" that have been declared in several of the country's most polluted cities and provinces. (The interview started a few seconds late, because when they initiated the Skype connection my 11 yr old daughter was looking over my shoulder in her dinosaur-themed pajamas.)
